Policy

US Customers

Our products may be returned up to 30 days after the purchase date for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided the item is in its original unwashed condition with tags still attached and does not exhibit any damage including but not limited to dirt, marks, stains, odor, damage from pets, stretching, discoloration, tears, snags or holes. Items sold as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Returns for Refund or Store Credit

We offer flat rate return shipping labels through our returns portal to mail your item back to our warehouse. The cost of this label is $10 which will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

Once we receive the product in our warehouse, it will be inspected by our returns team and your refund or store credit will be processed. This may take up to 5 business days after we have received the item back in our warehouse. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to post to your account. If the original payment method you used for your order is no longer available, you will receive store credit for future purchases. We are unable to reimburse the original shipping cost.

Any returned item that does not meet our Returns and Exchanges Policy guidelines will be mailed back to you without a refund.

Exchanges

We offer you two exchange process options: Standard Exchange or Instant Exchange.

Standard Exchange: Our standard exchange process can take up to 10 business days to process.  You send the product back to us using the free label we provide. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, it will be inspected by our returns team and your exchange will be processed and sent back to you via Ground shipping free of charge.  If the replacement item goes out of stock while your exchange is being process, we may be unable to fulfill your request.

Instant Exchange: Our instant exchange process results in immediate shipping of replacement products to you even before your original item is returned to us.  First, you authorize us to reserve a deposit of the value of the exchange item being sent to you.  We will then immediately ship your exchange to you via Ground shipping free.  You will required to send the original product back to us using the free label we provide within 14 days of the exchange request.  Once we receive the product in our warehouse, it will be inspected by our returns team and your credit card deposit will be reimbursed.  In the event you do not return the original item to us within 14 days of the exchange request date, we will keep your deposit and you will keep both items.

Canada Customers

Our products may be returned up to 30 days after the purchase date for a refund or store credit, provided the item is in its original unwashed condition with tags still attached and does not exhibit any damage including but not limited to dirt, marks, stains, odor, damage from pets, stretching, discoloration, tears, snags, or holes. Items sold as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or store credit.

You are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse per the instructions on our returns portal using your own shipping label.

Once we receive the product in our warehouse, it will be inspected by our returns team and your refund will be processed. This may take up to 5 business days after we have received the item back in our warehouse. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to post to your account. If the original payment method you used for your order is no longer available, you will receive store credit for future purchases.

Your refund will be limited to the original price paid for the item and any associated sales tax paid on the item at checkout (amount differs by region).  We are unable to reimburse the original shipping cost, import duty, import duty tax, duty collection fee (1.5%), or currency conversion fee (0.85%) you were charged at checkout.  

Any returned item that does not meet our return guidelines will be mailed back to you without a refund.

We do not offer exchanges for international orders. If you do wish to exchange your item for another, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
