Limited Warranty
Policy

We guarantee all our products to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship to the original owner. Under our Limited Warranty Policy, we will replace or repair at our discretion any product that proves to be defective that was purchased through our website or an authorized reseller of 7 TERRA products. Proof of purchase is required for 7 TERRA to process a warranty claim.

If the product you are submitting for a warranty claim is no longer available in stock or we are unable to repair it, we may offer, at our discretion, store credit for future use towards another purchase.

Please consider, materials will begin to experience natural breakdown and will start to show wear over time. Normal wear of this nature is not considered a defect. Product damaged due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered under our Limited Warranty, nor does it qualify for repair. The following list of normal wear and tear categories are NOT eligible under our Limited Warranty:

  • Neglect of product care instructions
  • Damage from a pet
  • Odor
  • Zipper malfunctions
  • Fabric caught in zipper
  • Burns from cigarettes or fire
  • Fading from sunlight
  • Human error
  • Snags, tears, or holes caused by the owner
  • Unauthorized repairs
