On each product page, there are links to our SIZE GUIDE as well as the WAIR Fit tool that helps identify your size based on your personal details. Both tools will help you identify the right fit for each of the product categories. If you need additional help, email us at support@7terra.com .

Care labels are included on each product. This same care information is available on the website product pages and within our main menu tool bar.

To minimize wear and tear during washing, we recommend closing all the zippers, emptying the pockets, and turning the garment inside out.

We guarantee all our products to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship to the original owner. Under our Limited Warranty Policy, we will replace or repair at our discretion any product that proves to be defective that was purchased through our website or an authorized reseller of 7 TERRA products. Proof of purchase is required for 7 TERRA to process a warranty claim.

If the product you are submitting for a warranty claim is no longer available in stock or we are unable to repair it, we may offer, at our discretion, store credit for future use towards another purchase.

Please consider, materials will begin to experience natural breakdown and will start to show wear over time. Normal wear of this nature is not considered a defect. Product damaged due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered under our Limited Warranty, nor does it qualify for repair. The following list of normal wear and tear categories are NOT eligible under our Limited Warranty:

  • Neglect of product care instructions
  • Damage from a pet
  • Odor
  • Zipper malfunctions
  • Fabric caught in zipper
  • Burns from cigarettes or fire
  • Fading from sunlight
  • Human error
  • Snags, tears, or holes caused by the owner
  • Unauthorized repairs

ORDERS

You can check the status of your order by clicking here and providing your order information. Domestic orders usually take one day to process and ship, and we will send you an email with a shipping tracking number so you can track your shipment once it leaves our warehouse.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept PayPal.

We offer a payment installment plan when checking out. 

Your payment will be charged once the items are shipped.

We are unable to cancel or change your order once it is placed.

RETURNS

US CUSTOMERS

Our products may be returned up to 30 days after the purchase date for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided the item is in its original unwashed condition with tags still attached and does not exhibit any damage including but not limited to dirt, marks, stains, odor, damage from pets, stretching, discoloration, tears, snags or holes. Items sold as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Returns for Refund or Store Credit

We offer flat rate return shipping labels through our returns portal to mail your item back to our warehouse. The cost of this label is $10 which will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

Once we receive the product in our warehouse, it will be inspected by our returns team and your refund or store credit will be processed. This may take up to 5 business days after we have received the item back in our warehouse. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to post to your account. If the original payment method you used for your order is no longer available, you will receive store credit for future purchases. We are unable to reimburse the original shipping cost.

Any returned item that does not meet our Returns and Exchanges Policy guidelines will be mailed back to you without a refund.

Exchanges

We offer you two exchange process options: Standard Exchange or Instant Exchange.

Standard Exchange: Our standard exchange process can take up to 10 business days to process.  You send the product back to us using the free label we provide. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, it will be inspected by our returns team and your exchange will be processed and sent back to you via Ground shipping free of charge.  If the replacement item goes out of stock while your exchange is being process, we may be unable to fulfill your request.

Instant Exchange: Our instant exchange process results in immediate shipping of replacement products to you even before your original item is returned to us.  First, you authorize us to reserve a deposit of the value of the exchange item being sent to you.  We will then immediately ship your exchange to you via Ground shipping free.  You will required to send the original product back to us using the free label we provide within 14 days of the exchange request.  Once we receive the product in our warehouse, it will be inspected by our returns team and your credit card deposit will be reimbursed.  In the event you do not return the original item to us within 14 days of the exchange request date, we will keep your deposit and you will keep both items.

Any returned item that does not meet our Returns and Exchanges Policy guidelines will be mailed back to you without a refund.

CANADA CUSTOMERS

If the original payment method you used for your order is no longer available, you will receive store credit for future purchases.

Your refund will be limited to the original price paid for the item and any associated local sales tax paid on the item at checkout.  We are unable to reimburse the original shipping cost, import duty, import duty tax, duty collection fee (1.5%), or currency conversion fee (0.85%) you were charged at checkout.

Any returned item that does not meet our return guidelines will be mailed back to you without a refund.

We do not offer exchanges for international orders. If you do wish to exchange your item for another, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

SHIPPING

CONTIGUOUS US CUSTOMERS

We offer three shipping options at checkout: Ground, 2-Day and Next Day. All orders default to ground shipping, however orders over $100 (before tax and shipping) qualify for free ground shipping. Our 2-Day and Next Day express shipping options require additional fees which will be displayed during checkout. Depending on your state, taxes may also be due upon checkout.

2-Day and Next Day Shipments must be placed by 9:00 AM PST to be processed on the same business day. Express orders placed after this cutoff time will be processed the next business day. Also, US holidays do not count towards the shipping timeframe.

ALASKA AND HAWAII CUSTOMERS

All orders default to economy shipping, and we charge a standard rate of $12. Depending on your state, taxes may also be due upon checkout.

US holidays do not count towards the shipping timeframe.

CANADA CUSTOMERS

Orders for Canada will be shipped via Ground and we offer a flat rate which will be displayed during checkout in the currency setting preference you have chosen.  For Canada orders, estimated import duty and applicable taxes, duty collection fees (0.85%) and currency conversion fees (1.5% if shopping in your local currency) will be calculated, displayed, and collected during checkout. Depending on your locality, additional fees may be owed upon delivery.

Once shipped from our warehouse, ground orders can take 4-5 business days for US west coast destinations, and 5-10 business days for US east coast destinations.

Express shipments must be placed by 11:00 PM PST to be processed on the same business day.  Express orders placed after this cutoff time will be processed the next business day. Also, US holidays do not count towards the shipping timeframe. Military and PO boxes do not qualify for expedited shipping and will ship via ground.

International shipments may take longer for delivery. However, you may track your shipment using the tracking information we provide to you once your order has shipped from our warehouse.

We currently ship to the US, and Canada.  However, we cannot ship to PO boxes. For US customers, depending on your state, you may be charged sales tax at checkout.  For Canada orders, duties, taxes, and other import fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout and will be collected as part of the checkout process.
