Policy

Contiguous US Customers

We offer three shipping options at checkout: Ground, 2-Day and Next Day. All orders default to ground shipping, however orders over $100 (before tax and shipping) qualify for free ground shipping. Our 2-Day and Next Day express shipping options require additional fees which will be displayed during checkout. Depending on your state, taxes may also be due upon checkout.

2-Day and Next Day Shipments must be placed by 9:00 AM PST to be processed on the same business day. Express orders placed after this cutoff time will be processed the next business day. Also, US holidays do not count towards the shipping timeframe. 

You will receive an email containing your shipment tracking number once your order has left our warehouse. We are unable to cancel or change your order once it has been placed.

Alaska and Hawaii Customers

All orders default to economy shipping, and we charge a standard rate of $12.  Depending on your state, taxes may also be due upon checkout.

You will receive an email containing your shipment tracking number once your order has left our warehouse. We are unable to cancel or change your order once it has been placed.

Canada Customers

Orders for Canada will be shipped via Ground and we offer a flat rate which will be displayed during checkout in the currency setting preference you have chosen.  For Canada orders, estimated import duty and applicable taxes, duty collection fees (0.85%) and currency conversion fees (1.5% if shopping in your local currency) will be calculated, displayed, and collected during checkout. Depending on your locality, additional fees may be owed upon delivery.
